Cambridge Skills and Career Awards are mapped against the existing Cambridge Qualifications Framework, an established set of internationally understood levels of achievement:
Foundation Level Awards
Foundation Level qualifications represent accreditation at entry level; individuals at this level will be developing the capacity to work to given instructions while operating as part of a work group or team.
Standard Level Awards
Standard Level Awards are designed for those training to work without direct supervision on a range of varied or non-routine tasks. Standard Level qualifications recognize achievement at a level generally acceptable for those in more responsible positions, and those with the potential to progress to further study.
Advanced Level Awards
Advanced Level qualifications recognize achievement at a level suitable for employment in supervisory or junior management roles, and also indicate the ability to progress to higher study.
